By booking with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules within 12 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of up to 25% of the service price.
2. Pricing & Additional Fees
All prices are based on a standard vehicle condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, or other special conditions may result in additional fees, which will be discussed before service begins.
3. Liability
We are fully insured and will treat your vehicle with the utmost care. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage. Please point out any known issues before we start.
4. Weather Policy
As a mobile service, we are weather-dependent. If weather prevents service, we will promptly reschedule at no additional cost at the earliest available date.
5. Customer Obligations
Please remove personal items before your appointment. Ensure we have access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and location.
